I've heard some decent news about those two games. I'd give Digimon a 6/ 10 and Dragon quest a 5.5/ 10.:)

I'm not too sure about Digimon, but I am pretty positive about Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker. That game is surprisingly fresh considering that most Dragon Quest games play almost entirely the same way. The almost full 3d is a refreshing look from Pokemon's 2d sprites and battles and 3d buildings. The Wi-Fi is very fun with a decent amount of people on it! I can't say the same about Digimon...

My opinion is wholly on Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker! I've not even though about Digimon, so you can already tell that I'm not even going to suggest Digimon!

But really, you will possibly enjoy DQMJ over Digimon anyway. I honestly can't recommend anything for you because I don't know how much you like the Dragon Quest series or Digimon! :D
