Out of the ones you posted, I would have to say Pikachu is my favorite. He is cute and very powerful, not to mention the most recognized creature from one of my favorite video game series.

I do, however, consider Zelda as my favorite character overall. Granted she gets kidnapped every now and then, you cannot deny her amazing power: The bearer of the Triforce of Wisdom, enchanted with the power of the goddesses, the seventh sage, heiress of Hyrule, power to transform into the speedy Sheik and not to mention quite pretty. She is my pick for Smash Bros. Melee, and will soon be too for Brawl.
