DS games soon to be playable on the Wii.

"Nintendo DS games will soon be able to be downloaded through the Wii's Virtual Console." Quoting from G4TV. They got the info from a speech Reggie made.

I'm not sure if its the complete version of the game, but more like a download sample of it, possibly like a download station in gamestop. I'm sure you all will hear it soon enough.

Thats cool but you are not playing the ds game on the wii you are only downloading them. Plus they might cost 3000 wii points.

Why would a demo cost as much as a normal DS game? If it's a demo it will be free. The Wii probably isn't even capable of sending an entire game to the DS.

Well if it's a demo, it'll most likely be free. It would be like the download stations in gamestop and anywhere else you can download a demo.

If you can download full VC games i think it is capable of letting you download full Ds games. Or let you download parts of it until you have the whole thing.

You obviously didn't read my whole post. I said that I don't think the Wii is capable of sending full games to the DS. Even if the Wii was capable of this, how would it be saved on the DS, or would you have to send it to your DS everytime you wanted to play the game. That would be very stupid.

Maybe you did not read my whole post. If it can download VC games it can download ds games. Plus i know it is capable cause of ds to wii in PBR.

Yeah, it can play the games together but you're not listening to what I'm trying to get accross at all. How could the DS store this game. It's not just that, Wii wouldn't be able to send an entire game over to the DS, without it taking forever anyways. I really hope this clears up my post and I know for sure that I understood everything you said in your post.
