I found this article a month or so back and found it very interesting. It explains Nintendo's plan this generation. It's a pretty long article, but don't skim through it or you won't fully understand what he's saying.

Well, in my business class, we've had to study the Blue Ocean strategy, and I think that casual games are WONDERFUL in moderation, but I still think that No More Heroes, Galaxy,and MP3 are the ONLY hardcore games that take advantage of all the system's features.

Did you even read the article? This article really has nothing to do with what games are on the Wii atm. It just talks about Nintendo's strategy for this gen, and how Nintendo plans to disrupt the entire industry and change it. The industry needs a refresh or it's going to die and that's what Nintendo plans to do, step by step.
