Guitar Hero: Aerosmith isn't even out yet, but we already know what band will be the focus of the next group-specific title: Metallica.
The news was revealed after an analyst at Wedbush Morgan Securities found mention of the title in an SEC filing by Activision. From the report, quoted at Gamespot: "In fiscal 2009, we plan to publish Guitar Hero: On Tour for the NDS; Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, Guitar Hero: Metallica, and Guitar Hero IV across multiple platforms."
Question: Since this title will likely debut after the drums-and-vocals Guitar Hero World Tour, does this mean that Metallica will be a full-band game?
Another question: The Aerosmith game has a storyline that follow's the band's career. I wonder if this one will include the group's fight with Napster and online retail. Not so down on digital distribution now, I expect.
