That is sick and stupid. Why the hell do most people/companies care about being the richest in the world. I'd be fine with enough money to live on and being with a few friends. I share my stuff with my friends and they share their stuff with me. People who sue the smallest thing just for a bit of money are idiots.
This is wear my U.S history class comes in handy. They're called monopolies. Big buisness's such as microsoft or nintendo are just expanding to be the biggest and best company around. It's also called Social Darwinism " The survival of the fittest" it's in all companies the desire to become bigger and better than other companies. But in order for the big buisness to be liked they must please the people. For ex: creating parks or librarys. It's sick but it's just how buisness is. Buisness is Buisness.
