Its kool, the battle system seems cluttered, but it works.

1. Go to the Shop and touch 'Cages'.
2. Buy the Cages you want.
3. Back at The Cage, touch the book icon and go to Edit Cage
4. Simply drag and drop to customize.

You get more cages and more room for cages as you increase in Tamer Level.
