Do u miss the old days of ds? - 08-30-2008

I do... Every time I saw that Wario Ware: Touched! commercial I knew we were living in a good time. But now everyone is so involved in beating the competition and arguing about which console is better they've forgotten about the thing that really matters. The actual games.

EDIT: The name of the thread is supposed to be Do you. not So you.

Yes. I do...very much. I remember the excitement if finally unboxing my DS a month after release, I remember when MKDS came out and rushing home to try out Wifi with millions of other gamers online, I remember MPH and ACWW. I remember WarioWare, and all the fun my cousin had with his copy before he gave it to me.

I remember every bit of the first days of the Nintendo DS, and I wish they lasted longer.

'Tis hard to believe it's already been 4 years...

Holy crap the DS has been out for 4 years!? I thought it was only 2 years! People were arguing about consoles back then so I really don't see the difference.

Lmao, a lot worse? I think it's died down, a whole lot. People who thought th DS would flop compared to the PSP got served a slice of humble pie. Don't get me wrong, the PSP is also a good console, but it doesn't have the broader appeal of the DS.

What I miss is my DS actually working properly! My Lite sucks, the L+R don't work and the screen is messed up. I'd play my original DS, but I don't know where the charger is. Woe is me. ._.

Wow, it's been a long time =O
Yes, I do remember. I didn't have wifi back then, but it was still really fun. Playing ACWW every day, finally opening up my DS..
But my original DS broke, so I had to get a Lite. I've still got the old one somewhere..
