The second Wiisports can fail as much as this game knowing this from a video off of youtube, you must actually use the wiimote as shown in the display because the wiimote has some kind of device within the it to make sure people aren't cheating their way to victory. Also, this game isn't half bad; It shows the basics of which instrument through easy songs that is show like a simulator as "theBLUEBird" said it does. Going back to what Iphela said, the game is actually worth to buy because the game is like your own tutorial on a screen. So think of something else to do besides watching mindless television like practicing on your intrument playing! :]
I have to agree with your last statement, >.<
Because this isnt really a game, the longevity is really everlasting (or till you have played each song 100 different ways)! If you enjoy playing around with music, this simulator-game is golden! And becuase you can record each instrument as six different patterns in a full song, makes it even better..
Hehehe, this is exactly your problem.. Your not supposed to "play" this "game" RIGHT, because if you focus on doing that, you will miss out on the music and the whole meaning of the word JAM.
Explain to me how "jamming" to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star is supposedly fun?

There are other songs than Twinkle Twinkle, you know..
That was kind of a joke argument, I would hope..!
I suppose WiiMusic isn't good unless you are good at playing music.. I mean, alot of you youngsters seem to like the Guitar Hero interface because the song really plays itself.. You just press a button.. But in WiiMusic, you get a whole new level of play. Where you actually choose when to play the note. And I guess if you dont feel the beat, you wont feel this game..

Haha i love ur bads, yu look lyk an idiot playin this game hahha!
The Bad
- Surprisingly bland gameplay.
- Song list is lackluster.
- Very little redeeming qualities.
- No skill is needed to win.
- Very pricey for what you're getting.
- You will look and feel like an idiot playing this.
Well, I love musivc, and Love NINTENDO Songs at best, it's the perfect game for me! I love music, and It actually HELPS me how to jam! I wuffs this review, but chillax a leetle, m'kay?
I have to Disagree with Budge,or whoever said Wii Music sucks. i have the game and its awesome. So it gets a little boring at times, at least its something to do. And without Tute you wouldn't know how to play anything. And i love the fact that your mistakes are accepted as part of the song. So, Wii Music is way better than Guitar Hero or any other music game. It has way more instruments than just a stupid guitar. So that is why Wii Music is one of the best games ever made.:):)
