Name: Wii Music
Platform: Nintendo Wii.
I'm here to talk about an awesome video game for the
Wii. It's the kind of game
Wii owners have been craving since the console launched in 2006. A game where you can shake the
Wii remote and nunchuck to make the game play. I love how this game requires no actual skill to play. Anyone with arms can literally just turn on a
Wii, pick up the controller and go crazy with it and be rewarded with an Oprah of high quality music.
If you own Rock Band or Guitar Hero, you suck, as this game is way more in-touch with the music scene than that piece of garbage will ever be. Forget about playing along to Guns n' Roses or Foghat, it's all about public domain classics such as Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Wham's Wake Me Up Before You Go Go. You pick an instrument and shake the controller accordingly and your instantly creating music in a realistic manner. Think that's too hard? Guess again, as unlike those other two terrible music simulators, this game doesn't punish you for doing bad. Play fast or play slowly or play completely off-key and your wondrous music will come to life. We don't need another Super Mario Bros orchestra, rip that song apart and make it unique.
The only bad thing about this game is that it's only on the
Wii, so only
Wii owners will be able to access it's pure brilliance. I bet if your an Xbox 360 or PS3 owner you are really thinking about stabbing yourself in the armpit after seeing what awesome game
Wii owners get while you guys get stuck with your crappy Gears of War 2 and LittleBigPlanet.
I'll say this one last time:
Wii Music is a God among games. Hardcore gamers and core gamers alike will absolutely love this waggle party for the
Wii. You can literally learn all about the wonders of music with it's epic track list, multiple instruments and I find the inclusion of Chuck Norris and his pet Mudkip to be nothing short of a genius decision.
Wii Music proves that games don't need to be fun to be good. It's a must buy!
