What's the best rpg game on the Wii right now?

The two operation rainfall games out right now are pretty good and if you can get past the cheesy story, the second tales of symphonia game too. Also, if you have a gamecube controller and memory card, you should definitely try the first tales of symphonia. Its one of the best RPGs I've ever played.

yea i was go get Xenoblade Chronicles and The Last Story today i hear them are really great rpg's that just come out i also heard tales of symphonia games are great too havent played one yet. for the gamecube do i really have to get an memory card just to save gamecube games or i can save it on the wii? im a have to go pick up tales of symphonia for will & gamecube.

For the first Tales of Symphonia, you definitely do need a memory card unless you want to play a 40-80 hour game in 1 sitting XD. Still though, its much better than the second game. Xenoblade and Last Story both have a weird battle system that takes some time to get used to but once you do, they're pretty good.

Xenoblade Chronicles hands down. Probably the best RPG of the last 10 years. imo. The Last Story is said to be only 20 hours long which is short for an RPG. Xenoblade is 60 hours if you just play straight through the main story but if you do all the side quests and explore every location you could very well notch up 130+ hours.
