Tetris DS and Electroplankton are the rarest (or at least the most popular rare games) because so few copies of the game were made in the first place.

Any Atlus game is going to be very hard to find outside of Japan (not so much on PS2).

Metroid Prime Hunters isn't easy to find (especially the demo card), but that one mostly depends on the region.

Any crappy DS game that didn't sell well is going to be hard to find (Burnout Legends, Elf Bowling, Bubble Bobble Revolution, etc.)

GRID on DS is also very hard to find, but don't even bother with that game. Just get it on PS3 or 360.

Lunar knights for DS is quite hard to find. I still can't find it till this day.

To anyone that said MP:H (minus DeadMetalHead), try finding a copy of the demo card that was bundled in with the original DS in 2004/2005.

Anyway, I'd probably say Electroplankton. I've never seen a copy in real life.
