How do you mix the potions to kill Plant 42 in Resident Evil Deadly Silence? - 06-08-2008

I'm being Chris and I'm at the part where Chris becomes an idiot and walks right up to the Plant 42 and he becomes captured... Rebecca comes into the room and Chris tosses Rebecca the "J-Volt" File for information on how to make the Potion to kill Plant 42... I don't understand the file... Can anybody help me out here?
