The title says it all and remember this is just what i think. I'm gonna show 2 different ways to go about with the next zelda game

Way 1:A better go on the art in a way sorta like Prince of persia hard to show an example
Way 2:Go back to the cel-shaded graphics from uhh was it link something anyways those cel-shaded graphics would look pretty nice for adult link but i must say the art directory is alot better since i think Adult link should be captured in a more mature matter
For both: The return of wide screen and HD 480p support
Game control
Way 1: Controls fel like ur actually controling link's sword witht he
wii mote and his shield with the numchuck this can also probably play together AMAZINGLY with
wii motion plus support
Way 2: Better sword controls instead of flick waves or button mashing along with options for the gamecube controler again for players who want that old zelda control scheme
Story(most important)
Way 1:A new protagist i mean we are do for one i mean how many times can we possibly retell the story of link with some minor changes to it along with this new villians and new weapons getting tired of master sword wanna see something more BAD-ASS
Way 2: Keep link but this time actually make the story different and give link a minor change and maybe an assistent i mean all the other games are doing it resident evil/PoP. Ohya MOST IMPORTANTLY A NEW MAIN/FINAL BOSS VILLAIN! im really getting tired of ganondorf even better make the plot twist like make it seem like ganon is pulling the strings then reveal it to be someone else someone more evil and again someone more bad-ass
For both: More plot twists and some WTF i never seen that coming moments cause most the stuff in zelda are pretty predictable
Ending
Way 1: If we do have link again finally put an end to his story so we can start a new tale about a new protagist that wont wear green.
Way 2:Give us an ending that does'nt exposs it self to much like one of those amazingly done endings were ur thinking maybe a sequal maybe not or probably not and bam a sequal comes and ur shiting urself in ur pants
Gameplay 2: Give us some sort of multiplayer atleast 2 player for like co-op story mode or a mode completly separete for 2 player based missions.
Gameplay 3:Or give us some kind of online service like an online board to compare are timing on story mode with others sorta like ninja gaiden

Major Changes: uhh idk all i got for this one is a HUGE CHANGE! giving link an actually voice i mean even mario spoke a couple of times and did'nt link have his own tv show once or anime or whatever how about that voice
