Naruto Clash of Ninja Revolution 3! I'm going to keep mentioning it until it becomes a fad. It's awesome. The Wi-Fi is great, it's a lot of fun, and there are 40 mostly unique characters. It was developed by the same people who are developing Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. I'm starting to really like them!

Little King's Story and Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon too.

This thread is for all you people who feel Nintendo's little white box has no games aside from wave after wave of shovel ware. I'm going to make a list of good game's for that little white box in your living room, tell the good and will not over look lag. This list is iin no particular order and I will tell you the amount of time I put in each game.

I've played all of those and still have Little King's Story. I can't wait for No More Heroes 2. I lol'd when they showed Sir Henry "MOTHER...you know" and Shinobu as playable characters.
