This thread is for all you people who feel Nintendo's little white box has no games aside from wave after wave of shovel ware. I'm going to make a list of good game's for that little white box in your living room, tell the good and will not over look lag. This list is iin no particular order and I will tell you the amount of time I put in each game.
The first is
Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This game came to mind because it seems to be the only
Wii game that people exchange
fc's on this sight. One awsome thing about it is that it's the first game of the SSB franchise to actually have a story mode with a real plot line! But of course I know that any SSB game is bought for the multiplayer mode's, which there is no shortage of here folk's. You can have tons of fun brawling your friends in person and unlike most multi player games it's not some dumb splitscreen so you can see like normal. There's nothing to fear though for most of you who can't have friends over because there's also a wifi mode enabling you to have a battle royal with any SSBB user in the world! You can also have fun with your friends up close and personal over wifi with
fc's. Sadly it can be a bit lagy sometime's but there worth suffering through to get the good time's. I couldn't possibly list the good of SSBB with out saying that if there ever was a game with collectables this is it for all you peeps who love geting
EVERYTHING.There's also a charecter for every taste whether you use close or ranged or speedy or rounded charecter's you got them all. I so far got a whopin

The next is
Mario Kart Wii. This won't be as long as the last one but I assure you this game is fun. You can do a veriety of single player thing's such as race in one of the 8 prix's over four difficulties, you can do Time attack, and ghost race attempting to beat...your self. you may also race other people's ghost via Nintendo WiFi, and compete in tournament's. There's also the ability to race other people in a race or battle mode (both balloon and coin battle's are available) through WiFi connection and to my experiance it has no lag! There's also a plethora of unlockable charecter's and vehicles.I have had
123 hour's and 59 min.
Now we move on to
Metroid Prime Trilogy which i've owned almost two week's. This game put's you behind the visor of Samus Aran, a bounty hunter who has tracked the space pirates to planet Tallon 4, and two other similer game's with the same gameplay. This game is absolutley gorgous and it's almost freakish how much detail retro studios put into this game. You see a variety of creatures both hostile and peacful, indiginous and not. This game is considered a FPS but in my oppinion it's more based on exploration and obtaining power up's.Very fun gameplay and best FPS controlles thankes to the
Wii's pointer ability. In fact as long is you don't need linear game play I command you to go buy this game now. It has many environments and secret's and only you can help samus. I so far have gotten
16 hour's and 8 min. and if you count it then I also got 60 hour's and 37 min. for prime three coruption.It is sad however that there's no WiFi mode.
Now im going to type about
Super Mario Galaxy. In this gravity defying adventure Nintendo mascot Mario must travers the Universe seeking power and grand star's in order to restore power to a flying observatory in space who will then take Mario to the center of the Universe for his ultimate dual with Bowser Bwahahahahahahahaha. with 121 star's to collect and
SPOILER WARNING
The ability to replay as Luigi you can add alot of replay value. Don't expect multi player though because there isn't. I had
119 hour's and 36 min. out of this game.
Also and this is one of my favorites is
The Legend of Zelda-Twigh light Princess. That's a mouth ful huh? This go around next to MM I think this one has the most original plot for the franchise with a suffering world of Hyrule a young adult Named Link (Or sam or frank even senor burrito if you like) must set out to save the land from Twigh light (A mistyrious force threaghtening to take over the world. He also get's the ability to turn from Human or if you prefer elf into a wolf adding to the puzzles and combat ability's. I highly recommend this game to every body. There are many cool thing's to find and the new ability to do combat on horse back. Also get this, We already know you can Name Link but now you can also rename Epona whatever you like also. This game is a bit easy compared to other's of the franchise but stil completly AWSOME. I got the ginormas
294 hour's and6 min. out of this game.
Last but definently not least is
Battalion Wars 2. This is a war based RTS that has fantastic cel shaded graphic's. There is alot of charecter's with slightley exagerated accents. You will love this game for it's great shimmering water and awsome environment's. There is a great 1 player experiance and getting good rankes will enable you to view concept art, and detailes on each unit. You have a large variety of unit's to play as and order around such as infantry, artillery, air craft, and water vehickles. to be specific for infantry is grunt's, bazooka vets, flame vets, morter vets, anti air vets, assault vets, and acid gas vets. for vehickles there is recon( a very fast car with a machine gun), light tank's, heavy tanks, anti air vehicle, artillery(a long range rocket type thingy, and The battle station( a large tank style thing wich has no weakness except bomber's and other battle station's). now for air vehicles is the fighter jet, bomber, gunship( helicopter with missiles), Strato destroyer(fighter and bomber which as far as I know you can't play as) and air transport(also can't be played as). After the 1 player mode enter the wifi which has 3 modes. There's assault which is where one player defendes a set of objectives and the other try's to destroy them. Skirmish which is a deathmatch where you win by getting point's for most kills. And co-op which has to player's each playing a different nation fight the cpu and perform objectives. Non of these have lag but you do some times get disconnected from other player's(not often though.).you got to buy this game it doesnt need
fc's to play other people. I got
183 hours and 6 min on this game.
