Metroid Prime 3 Friend Tokens

Ok, so I've got 14 of these green, things... but apparently I have to send them to "Friends" to turn them into tokens, in order to access the really cool extras.

How do I do this? Does anybody want to be my friend (man that sounds lame)?

This Wifi feature is regionspecific, so make sure that both Wii friends are from the same region.
I have a few Friend Vouchers left, but I don't know if you live in the Pal region.
Then it would be no problem for sending it.
