Lightbulb Super Mario 64 - 08-15-2008

Anyone like Super Mario 64 still? It started getting more popular after Virtual Console and Super Mario 64 DS came out, so anyone besides me play it on a daily basis? I recently beat it with 70 stars, and it will take a while to get the other 50, so it will be a while before I'm done with it.

I love that game. Definitely in my top 5 for favorites.

I have it on my Wii (VC). I have 115 stars. I HATE getting 100 coins in each level. It's so annoying!

I've only played the DS version (which is surprising to most people when I tell them) and didn't get too far on it. Should I download it from the VC? I've heard that's the better version to play.
By the way, Super Mario World is my favorite Mario game ever next to Super Mario Kart.

I'm going to take your word for it. In order to download it, I need to delete Yoshi's Story (Good Riddance). Thanks

Re: Super Mario 64 - 08-16-2008

I used to play at my cousin's house but then he sold his 64. After my family got a Wii we bought it for VC. Ever since I've been playing it every day. Yesterday was when I found out Tick-Tock Clock was from that game, not a made up course. xD
Anyways, I beat the third bowser battle for the first time today. I cracked up when I heard Mario say "Thank-a-you for-a playing my game-a!" But still, 50 more stars before I hit 120. If only I could catch the bunny again, but I can't remember How I got him the last time.

P.S. Does anyone think Peach's voice was deeper than some of the other games?

Yes, I still like it. It's a wonderful game. Even though I have already beaten it, I might start playing it again soon.

BTW. Nice thread, Boron.
