I think ninjask because of his ability speed boost. You can just use protect or use substitute and if your lucky you can even use sword dance

i think scizor is the best baton passer is scizor, because there is so much he can pass. He can pass an agility, a swords dance, an iron defense. Not many other things can pass that much and still be a good choice on a team.
