1. i heard garchomp is uber now is this true ?
2. i have seen ppl use speed deoxy on many standard battles in youtube
is he allowed ??

I have a feeling there might be some changes with Deoxys-S in the future. I think it's stupid though. If there is a doubt if something is too strong for OU, it probably should just be banned. I guess there are limits to that, but ubers is not meant to be balanced. It is just a place for things too strong for standard matches.

They are both Ubers now.
Garchomp became Uber being too overused in the metagame and killing easily 2 foes. Deoxys became soon after Chomp, one of the reasons being his counter (ScarfChomp) became Uber.
If anyone needs/wants more details let me know and I can say my opinion and some other opinions on the whole subject!
