He is my fav pokemon (biased vote FTW).

He has uber long hair type stuff going down teh back of his head.

He is a better version of infernape ( or atleast tachnically would of been if it could learn close combat)

Not cause he's magik lol, he is based on a fish called Karp. Karp's are known to be noe of the most ugliest fish, I guess it resembles to Miagikarp.
