Breeding the perfect Hippotas

So I've taken it upon myself to breed the perfect hippo, so far Ive got the following IV's:

HP:31
ATK:27-31
DEF:27-31
SPATK:24-29
SPDEF:28-31
SPEED:19-24
Impish

the problem is that I want to breed slack off onto my hippo, so my question is: does anyone have an insane IV male chimchar with slack off to let me borrow? I'll provide whoever does with insane hippos :) It would also be great if someone helped me pinpoint the exct IV's with an IV battle. :)

I really hate to break it to you, but Forsworn on Smogon.com has a hippo that's 31/31/31/xx/31/31 impish....with slack off. completely redistributable, meaning anone can get it for reasonably cheap.
and the hippo I've got that I pass around to a number or members is 31/31/31/xx/26/23 impish. with crunch and slack off.

Forsworn probably hacked the parents probably even if he did it would still take forever to breed.

actually cloning/fast-hatch/instant egg aren't considered illegal hacking since they don't affect the gameplay in any way, and don't create illegitimate pokemon in any way/shape/form.
@ JackFrost: Nope, parents were perfectly legit too, and yes, it DID take a long time.
