Hey guys sorry for the 2 stupid questions but:

1.what does the abbreviation "EV" mean.

1.and uber legends? are they just super stat'ed pokemon and how do you find em.

ev means effort value and ubers are a tier of pokemon that are considered too good for competitive battling and just make battles less interesting. Uber pokemon are stuff like dialga, palkia, mewtwo, mew, ho-oh, lugia. To find a complete list of all the ubers, go to Smogon University - Competitive Pokémon Community.
