Accurate IV calculation.

Hello.

I would like to check the IV's of my lvl 2 Shiny Milotic (not hacked, totally legit) and
I heard something that you can boost your Poké's to lvl 100 to accurate check.

Now, the problem is, I don't got WFC, I do got multiple DS's and stuff.

Right... you'll need a lot of Rare Candies to do an accurate one

There is something on Action Replay which you can do it with.... but you aren't supposed to discuss it here.

Otherwise you'll need Wi-Fi

You can always use metalkid's IV calculator, which works great. Just punch in the stats and other information and it will calculate the IVs. If you are wondering whether you have a max IV in any stat, talk to the man in the Battle Frontier and he will tell you if you do. This saves a lot of time if you want to know if anything's maxed.

If the "stuff" is other 4th gen pokemon games, then you're in luck. Just IV battle with yourself (set the level 100 rule on, check stats, punch the IVs in the calculator, D/C).

On Local Wireless the Pokémon stay the same level so you can't do it... Well I think I haven't tried it in Plat yet.
