Another point is that with it's Same Type Attack Bonuses of the moves Outrage and Earthquake packing monstrous attack behind them, only levitating/flying steels resist the combo, and they're taken care of with flamethrower/fire blast/ fire fang with almost no resistance.

Some things are a little unfair like the evasion rule and sleep rule but other then that Its perfectly fair.

Hi all. I'm totally new in this Pokemon stuff and my English is bad, but I have a question. Why there is all this 'rules and clauses' exists, is Nintendo not able to balance the game properly for online battles? This seems very weird for me as a MMO player with years of experience.

These rules are here to make standard play as easy as possible even though they look too complex at a glance.
