have u tried quick ball? Or find a Pokemon with Arena Trap so it can't escape. Also, try to get it on the route to Snowpoint with the hail to help it's health go down before it destroys ur Pokemon and runs away. It keeps the same loss of HP even when it's moved somewhere else...I think anyway.

quick balls never work 4 me i have a quick claw that let my slow umbreon mean look it but whenever i switch out it runs i.e. umbreon have sucky offense game its a wall
