Yeah it's a wi-fi event in America at the moment. If u want it you must have mystery gift and then choose receive gift through wi-fi connection in mystery gift screen. After you have received it you must pick Oak's letter from a guy in poke market. After that go to flower paradise and catch shaymin =D
