Do you think That Shinies are more powerful than normal pokemon

Not in G/S/c. They had better IVs. Nowdays, however, they offer nothiing.

i prefer some of the shiny pokemon's color but they are not stronger.

They aren't 'more powerful' in any way. They just have a different look. No difference in stats.

I guess if you believe in luck your shiny lucky [insert shiny poke here] could score more crits than your normal one or something. Numerically and theoretically though, they are no different.
