Need help with Wifi Room

ok when I go into the wifi room to do a lvl100 battle with another DS (we are on the same connection at the same place) it won't allow this for some reason. it says: failed to respond or just communicates realy long and then says *name* appears to be busy. anyone know how to fix this problem ? it appears to work if i run with 1 DS out of wifi range and let it disconnect and then reconnect though...

From experience with other players, some games aren't compatible with others, for some reason, and that's a very rare occurrence. Of course, I could totally be wrong. But I remember trying to trade with a person 2 years ago, and we could never connect, and we tried many times too, and on different days, nothing.

You use the hubs for battles, bud.

And as for your problem: Do you use a router or a USB connector? And do these problems only occur with a single person or do they occur with multiple people?

well it doesn't work with my diamond, and my gf's pearl aswell.. but it works when we're not on the same connection though. and we're using a router, not an usb connector

This could mean that your internet just sucks, or you're running too many things on it at once. Like when people play Brawl, they could have massive lag if one of the players is downloading, torrenting, playing a game via internet or whatever stuff on their computer, which is using the internet, just as Brawl is. See the router as a door, and lets say all the stuff you are doing using that internet is a person, they all can't fit through it at once, so it causes it to slow down. Of course, I could be wrong, but that's just my theory.
