Just as a contribution, I found the best place to trian speed is route 209, it's packed with starly and staravia, I had a power anklet and pokerus, and I got 252 speed in 10 minutes there.

I personally think surfing the Acuity Lakefront (and possibly other places) is the best place to do Special Attack, because there you get nothing but Psyduck (1) and Golduck (2). Combine that with your EV items and it's awesome.

If you've got any Pokemon GBA game in your GBA slot, you can fight Haunters and Gengars in the Old Chateau too which would give you a WHOLE lot more, esp. with PKRS and Power Lens (3 x 2 + 4 = 10 EVs in Sp. Atk from just one Gengar! That's like using one of the Vitamins!)

i found a pretty good place to train sp. atk
surf around the little spring in the spring path and youll find golducks(2) 100%
