No, theres no difference from a Day care pokemon and one you trained yourself. The only thing is that they wont apply EVs.

Also, Lv 100s aren;'t that valuable. A pokemon at Lv20 with a good move set is better then a Lv 100 wwith a bad one. You can set the rules to Lv 100. Why waste your time when you can raise many pokemon?

thats not true.
to prove it, i will train one pokemon to level 100 and i will fight you with all 6 of your pokemon at level 20. stats are by far better than moves
