What level does Machop evolve at?

It doesnt evolve by level, you have to evolve it by trading.

I used to remember every Pokemon evolve level because I was a Pokemon freak. Now I don't remember really any of them. I think Machop evolves at level 28 or 29 but I'm pretty sure it's 28.
