How do you get eevee's new evolutions?

I have the others, but i dont have the two new ones..how do you get them?

If you want leafeon, you go to the rock in the eterna forest

And I don't know for the other :P Sorry

For Leafeon go to Eterna Forest and you'll find this thing called a Moss Stone somewhere in there.

For Glaceon go to that Route 217 right under Acuity Lakefront and then go to the left, and you'll find this Ice Stone thingy.
All you have to do is go in the grass around them and level them up, and they will evolve.
Simple as that.

NOTE: The Ice Stone and the Moss Stone are not items.
