if the poke is a pikachu 4 exaple then yes because it evoles by the thunder stone but say its a bulbasaur the answer would be no because it evoles by leveling up and if it's lv100 i can't level up any more.if the pokemon evoles though beauty like feebas that would also be no because although u can give it 2 make it's beauty higher it still also need 2 be train up by leveling
