Do you think that touching the pokeball in the center helps catch the pokemon

Well I have been playing and I was tapping the center of the pokeball on the bottom screen and I was wondering if anyone else thought it worked

I doubt it. But it's fun to do little rituals for luck .

I used to press A as fast as I could to catch them, and I still do, but I have no clue if it helps. my guess is that it doesn't, but it's too fun...

I don't think it works, but I still do it because its fun. :D I also press the A button when my pokemon is confused.

i doubt it works...
but people saying something doesnt work would never make me stop doing it..
first time i ever played pokemon yellowi would always tap random buttons.. it just makes the game more fun getting into random rituals like that:D

I do things like that I spiral around the Pokeball when a pokemon is being sucked in and then I slide my stylus around the center when the ball shakes, I also hold Down+B and stand real still sometimes. I also have movements and button presses for every move in the game... I'm weird like that... :D
