the sleeping method is the best way i think : )
i used bronzong with quick claw and lckily i got first and i used that blocking move so mesprit cant escape : )

i get them to 1 hp with FEAR
i throw 70 ultra balls and didnt catch azelf :( to this day im still working..
and i caught palkia with 1 ball

with uxie just use a dark type she cant hit you and just put her to sleep ..thats what i did for all the spirits , actually for cress / messrit i used master balls ( just trade them from fr/lg/r/s/e)..catching made easy right there friend

for uxie i just gt a crap load of dusk balls and eventually i got it. the other 2 i had 999x master balls so i was fine!:)
