I Know That Legendaries Pokemons Are Banned
But Is That Too For Migrated Pokemons???
Btw Is There A Possiblity Of Changing That Banning Rule???

You mean to migrate legends to your d/p it's not banned to do that, you need the Pal Park and you can bring your legends in from another pokemon game.

You can't use then in places like the battle tower and such. But if you and a friend agree on legends they are still allowed to be used while battling a friend.

The reason they put the ban on the battle tower was to prevent unfair play because most of the legendaries are ubers, they were meant for collecting or battling with friends.

Well, I do agree with the ban they put, I don't use legendaries much, I prefer training my own pokemon from scratch
