Are any of these pokes really OU?

Lately everyone has been complaining about "OU pokemon". I decided I was going to make a kickass team that is not extremely OU. I want to be a trend setter, and a follower. ;D

So how OU are these pkmn?

Here are my thoughts on them:

Weezing - UU
Rampardos - NU
Dugtrio - UU
Aerodactyl - NU
Heracross - NU
Sceptile - NU

NU = Normal Use. In between OU and UU.

Others I had in mind:

Zangoose - UU
Medicham - UU
Bronzong - UU?
Weavile - Either UU or NU

One more pkmn: Dusknoir. How OU is he? And can someone suggest a non OU tank if Dusknoir IS OU?

Thanks. I have decided who will, and who will not be on my UU team, and what (for the most part) their movesets will be. You will all have the pleasure of battling them in the near future. ;D
