Though it isn't his fault he might have hacked pokemon, you didn't bring up Darkrai. And even if he does have hacked pokemon, does not mean he knew if they were hacked at all.

Darkrai is no longer considered a hacked pokemon, It is just hard to obtain (Since it's been released in japan already)

Well first how do you get darkrai all i know is that its in that locked building,second you can get arcaus and shayman through the Nintendo Event.

there is no nintendo event to get arceus and shaymin right now
(shaymin is next, and that event is next year)
and the darkrai event was last week
