What Hyuuga112 means is the last 2 pokemon there is no possible way you could obtain them unless you hacked. You can't say you didn't hack those last two if you say you completed the national dex (Arceus and Shayamin cannot be obtained yet without hacking)

Exactly you obtained them by means of hacking, regardless if it wasn't yours or not. You still have hacked pokemon.
