- This list isn't to tell you what you can and cannot use, only the the people who are battling and the people holding events make that decision-- not me.
- Elites ARE NOT ubers. They're pretty powerful, and well debated upon on being uber or OU. They have a 4x weakness which is why they're not on the uber list.
