Go to Oreburgh Town and find the Museum, then talk to the man behind the counter. Simply walk out and in and you'll have your Fossil. ;) If you want a speciific nature, save right before giving it to him, then just try again if you don't get the desired nature. ;)

The Fossil will be an Aerodactyl, do not highlight if you don't wanna know the pokemon that you will recieve. ;)

Also . . . don't forget, after digging up the fossil, to transfer it to your bag before leaving the underground. It doesn't transfer automatically . . . I learned this the hard way lol.
