You forgot the hardest way of pointing out a hack.
If you have, say an abra, caught at level 49, that's impossible as there are no abras in the wild that are level 49, that's why it's always safe to know what the highest level that pokemon is when found in the wild.

But it doesn't say "Caught as Abra at level 68" or anything like that, although you could use it in some cases as Kadabra doesn't come at that high of a level. ;) Nonetheless I'll add it to subtle signs. ;)

Kadabra can, but not abra, and there's a wild pokemon level mod cheat, so it could be caught in the right place, but highly overpowered.

yeah it does say like met at lv 49 and such
like for palkia it says met at spear pillar at lv 47
so if u get 1 that says met at spear pillar at lv 50 then its hacked
