depends on what you mean by beating the game..

i beat the elite four in 21 hours...

but i've yet to complete my pokedex, or do the many other things that come after that..

like collecting shinys and battling is always fun..



there just doesn't seem to be a stopping point to this game..
theres always something you can do

beating the Gym Leaders and Elite four is easy, yes. I beat the Elite 4 in 4 hours, with my highest level a 48. However, the many things you can do after the Elite 4, is a long, and entertaining task with no end. That is why i have always been a fan of the Pokemon games.
