Tbh, STAB isn't necessary. I mean, let's say you have a Tentacruel, I doubt you'd ever use Sludge Bomb, when there's better moves such as Ice Beam and Hidden Power[Electric]. STAB is nice, but it isn't always necessary.

For your new team i would rate it 6/10 i really dont think that any body falls for that elictivre/gyrados trick anymore most people predict your going to switch to elctivre these days...btw a taunter can wreck some of your team
