Smogon vs. serebii vs. marriland vs. friendcodes

LOL! - I was thinking that exact thing. And yeah, friendcodes is alright, it's just hard to ignore the newbie fan boys that are so ignorant it makes me cry. =/

Not a porn site. Its a smaller community of Pokémon players that post on a forum, that's all. I don't learn anything about Pokémon at porn sites anyway, and advertising isn't my favorite thing to do, even though I'm told to do it in order to get more members and whatnot.

I think i know what site he is talking about ;) and i see why he doesnt want to reveal it but back to the matter. I tried the seribii forums b4, werent very helpful and i remember smogon is what i used for the adv generation and boy was i glad i remembered it. Personally they have the best RMTs hands down and their tutor program is great, they teach u all u want to know. Marriland ive only tried for the team builder :D i use to go to seribii wifi chat for battles but it was rare for me to lose there and it was a hassle to find battlers. Here i just enter a hub and put in the friend code which is already up and battle, easy way.:) so i guess in all i like smogon for just about everything except battling lol

serebii and marriland are the best 4 battles and trades I only go to smogon to get movesets amd this place is cool when u just wana do whatever not super competitive but the trading here sucks thats all I have 2 say

Don't really know anything about Serebii. It seems good in terms of news updates for pokemon, but aside from that, it doesn't seem any better than other sites.

Marriland sucks ass. Other than the people in Spirits Group (which I am a part of), everyone there is an arrogant prick who either complains about hacking when you beat them, pummels you with clauses, or who pull together gangs to bash you if you disagree with them.

I only go to Marriland to PM my friends.

Smogon is the absolute best for trading and strategy building, but it's networking capabilities suck.

As for this place, I think it's a bit comfortable because of the lack of seriousness among other members. It's not a constant struggle against bashing jerks.

It's pretty easy to make friends here. :)

apparently a lot of the users at smogon say they have too many restrictions as well but i havent really noticed yet
