Hey, I really found your guide helpful. I already knew how to ev train and max out stats but when i put 252 evs in speed and attack in my sneasel, it never gets maxed out. Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong because I am also not using pokerus 'cause I don't have it on anything which would greatly help me out.

This is a great guide.
You just need to add that pokerus plus the right power item can give you 10 EVs from a pokemon that normally gives only 1 EV.
