I'm not going to do a full rate, I'll just say that 4/6 of your Pokemon are weak to fire and that's not good.

and alakazam couldnt take a hit so thats worse

Switch Regice-->Regirock. Regirock can wall just as well, and if they start with hippowdon, you have a sp.def and defensive wall.

ok thanks. i know the majority are weak to fire, but i rarely encounter fire moves

Team seem's fine just work on the defensive end of you're sweeper.

What? Sweepers typically don't have much defense. o.o

I meant make it able for them to take a hit, with either a item or berry =P

Which one? Normally, sweepers are meant to sweep. Not take hits, unless they resist that particular attack. There are exceptions, such as Garchomp who commonly uses a Yache Berry, but other than that sweepers will typically switch out of an attack if they know it will kill them.
