Help on Calculating Stats

Does anyone know how to calculate stats when you have used stat raising moves and etc.

For example.(Speed)

I have a kindgra with a speed of 252. It knows Agility to get the bonus speed in battle. If i use agility in battle(Raises Spe. 2 Stages) What will my speed be After that.

or how bout this...(Attack)

I have a Garchomp. And if it uses Swords Dance. What will it attack stat and attack move power. What will be my Stat Attack and what will be the power of a STAB Dragon Claw power be?? Any help with this will be great..

Same thing for Defense too
