Trying to create the perfect team

As I sit here staring at the entrance to the E4's base I know there is no turning back after I enter. I don't want to rush in and get slaughtered, so I start running off the checklist in my head.
1) I've either caught or have seen most of the pokemon at this point.
2) I've stocked up on a ton of status/healing medicines.
3) I need to get this over with!!!!!!
That being said, i need to figure out who's gonna be in my "synistah 6" Here's where you come in. I need people who are way further inolved in the game to help me figure out what six pokemon are the best to have in your party period. Please list what 6 you would choose and what moves they should have, and why. I'll pick the best team and train till my thumbs bleed!!! the E4 isn't terribly difficult.
I beat it with
lvl 45 Floatzel
lvl 56 Drapion
lvl 51 Abomasnow
lvl 52 Infernape

and that's it.

Or a simpiler way is to ask someone for 2 level 100 pokemon and demolish the E4

or you could have cheated at the very begining like me and my friend did NO WE DIDNT USE AN ACTION REPLAY OR ANY THING! we just gave each other all the starters and by the time we made it to the e4 we dominated

well, the e4 isnt really that hard :p this is the team i used:
Infernape
luxray
Garchomp
Staraptor
Bibarel
and, something :p The only ev trained one was infernape :p
